Documentary Production

On occassion TedTV produces documentary’s on various subjects. Previously released titles with Blockbuster rental is Gus & Rose:Reflections of Katrina and Burning Sands: Hazing in black fraternities. Both productions can be purchased or rented on Amazon.com at the links below.

TedTV also partnered with the Texas Southern University School of Mass Communications to produced a short online series on the Houston Civil Rights Movement. The 3 part series can be seen on our showcase section of this website. Although not our focus, an independent feature, a comedy-martial arts movie, Boo Bustuhs, was produced in 2000. It can also be purchased on Amazon.com.

The 2006 Japan Fulbright Memorial Experience was another production designed for the Fort Bend Independent School District Library system. This short documentary was expanded to an education DVD and copies were provided for every school. To view the video visit the showcase section of our site.

Finally, our current documentary, slated to be released in October of 2011, is a documentary called God Loves Cowboys…the go to Church. The documentary explores the phenomenon of the growth of Texas Cowboy Churches and the origins of the Texas Cowboy.
